Peter Thomas Roth Laser-Free Resurfacing Eye Serum, $58 at Sephora
I tried this eye serum from PTR as part of a set from QVC. I had high hopes but I must say after using the whole trial size (.25 oz.) I don’t think this is the serum for me. I didn’t notice any changes and in these times with this girl I gotta see a little something!
I told you how much I love the Anti-Aging Cleansing Gel and the Regenerator Moisturizing Gel-Cream they are amazing but this not so much. I have had much better (and quicker!) results from my Tarte Maracuja C Eye Treatment. I used the PTR eye serum twice a day for quite a while. I didn’t have any help when it came to dark circles or puffiness. I really hoped for an improvement in skin texture and that wasn’t something I experienced either. Another thing that I expected was an increase in moisture for my sometimes dry under eye area. That didn’t happen. Grrrrrr! Have you ever tried to spread concealer on a dry under eye area? It’s not good.
My sample size of the product lasted forever. I was really pleased that I got a good two months of use from my container. Thats fabulous. But I really wish I had noticed some results!

I wanted to let you know what my experience was with this eye product. I love to test things out but from time to time there are misses. Not every product fits my needs and I take my eye area in particular very seriously! I love it when I find something great but I think it’s important to let you know when I have a product not work out for me. Overall more PTR products are hits than misses in my experience so far. I have several more hits to tell you about in fact in coming weeks. I love to find new skin care must haves!
Are there any eye products that you swear by? Let us all know what they are!
My HG eye cream just for “dark circles” is the SHISEIDO
Benefiance Wrinkle Resist 24. It worked so great that it made my under eye area almost white, haha (dark circles gone!!). I had to stop using it for a while because I did not have dark circles any more and this eye cream doesn’t do anything for puffiness nor fine lines.
(I use a different eye cream for fine lines and puffiness but it’s only Ok)………You can read reviews in the Sephora website…..
I will be checking that out for sure thanks!
I tried this and didn’t see any results either. Was so hoping to. I really need to try the Tarte eye cream. I’m in search for a good one. Have a great day.
I was hoping so hard to see something! The Tarte is amazing. I got the Tarte holiday set from Sephora and there is a nice sized sample of the eye cream and I’m thrilled!
