Mary Kay Cream Eye Colors, $14 each (marykay.com)
Mary Kay Cream Eye Colors, $14 each (marykay.com)
I’ve been taking a serious look at my skin in the last few months. Do you notice sometimes that your makeup products and their ability to “fix” any issues keeps you from what your focus should be..having good skin? I did. Why was I so worried about having the right concealer or the latest in technology when it comes to foundation when what I really was doing is hoping the latest product I purchased would cover up my skin issues?
Getting the right skin care in your life can make the products you use after you cleanse your face less of a crutch. Here are some products that are helping me get back to where I want to be. A girl with good lookin’ skin even when her face isn’t beat. Ha!
I’ve showed you guys a bunch of Nourishine’s and hopefully you can tell I love them. This latest one is just as eye catching as the others! It’s called Rock ‘N’ Red and its a beautiful candy apple red cream shade. I have to stop posting on such bland colors right? Ha! The brighter the better guys. Let your lips lead the way into every room…..
I’m in love with Mary Kay’s Nourishine Glosses. That’s a fact. I’ve shown you guys Mango Tango and Pink Luster so far and I’m not done. These $14 glosses are moisturizing and favorites of mine because my lips feel pampered wearing them. Pretty AND pampered!
There was one color I hadn’t posted about that EVERYONE that loves these glosses asked me about…it’s Berry Tart. I kid you not at least ten people in emails and on YouTube have asked me about this color. Well here it is and believe me now I get it!
I have one more color to show you and its a stunner….take a look at all the Nourishine’s available at www.marykay.com. You need these in your life!
Ever since I showed you guys Mango Tango I’ve been asked if there are other good Mary Kay Nourishine shades. There are! Let me introduce you to something more wearable but just as saucy as ‘Tango. It’s called Pink Luster.
Pink Luster .15 oz
I love this color. The sexy shimmer in this pink is GOOD. I could rock this every day and look good doing it right? Nourishine gloss is more affordable than so many other brands out there and just as good. There is no odd smell or taste and at $14 a tube it’s worth trying. This is my new go-to color and I have two more beautiful Nourishine glosses to show you! I’ll do a blog post on them soon. You can see all the pretty Nourishine shades at www.marykay.com.
I love both of these lipstick shades. In my last post about MK Creme Lipsticks I showed you a pretty bright red called Really Red and a nice orange coral called Sunny Citrus. If you missed that post click here to see it.
Now I’m showing you some deeper shades. They are both perfect for Fall. Fuchsia and Hibiscus. At $13 take a good look at these and then consider heading to www.marykay.com because there are 39 lipstick colors (sorted by color family) available in all. Without a doubt there is going to be something there you love and NEED for your makeup stash.
Check out Fuchsia and Hibiscus….
Fuchsia Lipstick ($13/.13 oz’s)
Hibiscus Lipstick ($13/.13 oz’s)
Aren’t they pretty? I can’t stand it. I love colors like this and when they say these lipsticks are creamy thats no lie. They feel great on and I end up touching up every four hours or so.
Which do you like best? I can’t decide…! I’m glad I have them both!
I love lipstick. The right lipstick delivers more pigmentation and longer wear than most glosses. I hate drying lipsticks and if you have “creme” in the name then you better deliver right?
These MK Creme lipsticks are comfortable to wear (nice and creamy) and last several hours on me and the COLORS! There are soooo many shades available! Over 30 in all, so something for everyone. They retail for $13 each so investing in a few won’t break the bank.
Take a look at Sunny Citrus. This is an orange you need on your life!
Sunny Citrus Lipstick
Really Red Lipstick
Both colors are gorgeous but Really Red just screams Hollywood glamour to me. I love it. This is a color I use on run out of the house days. You have those also right? I put on some mascara, throw on sunglasses, and break out the Really Red lipstick. I’m done and I look kinda classy right? That’s what I tell myself any way! Check all of the shades out at www.marykay.com.
Did you see my post on Mango Tango lip gloss? Check that out if your a die hard gloss girl or if you love eye catching lip gloss.
This color is totally me! I have to admit I love saying Mango Tango a LOT.
The glossy shine and unbelievable moisture in this gloss is something else. I think most of you know by now that I can’t stand lip products that dry out my lips or make them look like shriveled up pillows!
This is my kinda gloss because it enters the room before I do! I like the size of the tube also. It’s .15 oz.’s ($14) and fits in my makeup bag really easily because it’s not one of those super long skinny tubes. Have you noticed those are the hardest tubes to get gloss out of? I have. And the color. The color is just right. It’s a bright red/orange shade with some subtle sparkle in it. It really catches the eye. I’ve been going easy on the eye makeup (just some mascara and a little liner) and using this to finish things off for my makeup look. Add some sunglasses and I look like Janet Jackson’s little sister if you squint really hard. Ha!
My lips stay moisturized and glossy for hours with this formula. There are fourteen colors in all to choose from. Check these out on marykay.com. I’ll show you another one of these gloss shades soon, I’ve got a really pretty neutral.
