Dolce & Gabbana Passion Duo Gloss Fusion Lipstick- Incognito #160

I am so far behind on lip glosses and lipsticks that I’ve been meaning to show you! Please prepare for lots of posts from a bunch of different lippie brands in coming weeks.

D&G’s Incognito ($34) is out of my red comfort zone since I usually prefer deep blue based reds. But this shade is proof that sometimes stepping out of your comfort zone is a good thing!

Holy bright red right? I love this shade. I had to show you my favorite D&G GWP item from a few months ago too. It’s the cute little mirror pictured above with the simulation jewel top. I use it to take all my face/lip pics for the blog. Have I ever told you guys how much I hate taking pictures of myself? Grrrr. But I could also never tell anyone “hey take a picture of my lips K?”

Anyway back to the lipstick. I love the Passion Duo’s. This isn’t my first one and I’d get them all if I could. The center is gloss and the outside is lipstick. FABULOUS idea. I can use this without lip primer or a gloss topper and have super moisturized lips all day. The pigmentation is out of this world. I feel like my lips are on the edge of NEON here right? That’s good pigmentation. But the thing that is a plus here that makes it a step above something like Mac’s Lady Danger is the gloss in the center of this tube. That makes this way more fun/comfortable to wear. My lips feel buttery soft all day with this formula.

I get all my D&G makeup from Saks. Passion Duo’s are available on the Saks website as well. If you’d like to see another Passion Duo Lipstick that is more of a plummy pink finish check out my post on Satin #100. It reminds me of a more purple version of Tom Ford’s Violet Fatal without the $50 price tag.

I have one more Passion Duo Lipstick to show you soon. There are almost 20 shades to choose from. I highly recommend picking up one.
