NYC Lexington Lilac #147 ($1 at the drugstore!!)

I haven’t tried a polish from NYC yet but on a buy one, get one 50% off sale at CVS recently I figured this was the time to buy in! I love lavender shades like this. I have an odd relationship with pastels but this one is just deep enough to love. I used a base coat, two coats of Lexington Lilac, and a top coat. This shade was .99 and I must say I will be watching for chipping and wear on the tips but so far I’m really happy with it. It looks like a $20 polish after your done.

I like the NYC brush wand. It’s just right. The polish is good as well it’s not too thin or thick. This looked great after one coat so you can easily skip doing two layers in a rush. I always file that away in my head when trying a color. I want to know if it’s a good pick when I’m in a hurry.
