This is one of the shades in the LipSurgence Limited Edition Collection ($29) that I was really excited to try. Swank is a light cherry tint that I thought would be a great fit for me. I love bright lipstick colors but sometimes for every day bright gloss is a better fit. These Lip Tints really are hyped up on the Sephora website. Here is the description from the Sephora website:

After reading that I was so ready to try these! I picked up Swank after I got the set and applied it all over my lips. It’s kind of funny because I feel like I’m taking a big ‘ol crayon to my lips. It’s easy to apply but I put on a healthy several coats of Swank and it’s really moisturizing. It’s a little bit of a challenge to get the color to come out evenly on the lips, but after using the mirror up close I got it to even out nicely.

Too bad this wears off at a rapid pace. I needed to reapply every 3 hours. Moisturizing yes, convenient no. I’m not even talking about touching it up after meals. So every few hours out comes the crayon for a touch up! In the blurb above it says that the color lasts all day-that’s true because as you touch up you add more and more color to your lips. I am still glad I got this but I do wish the formula had more staying power.
