I really was looking forward to using this, I love creamy cheek colors and I’ve wanted to try one of these for a while. I really tend to go for longer lasting creamy blushes during the summer because they stay put. I feel like on me powder fades and doesn’t go the distance most days when it’s really hot.

This Blushing Fabric is just perfect for those hot days. Before I really get into this despite the fact that I have a really oily t-zone for some reason I have dry cheeks. It’s the weirdest thing. I just wanted to tell you that because if you are oily all over this might be a better winter product for you.

Anyway…I really enjoyed testing this out. The color Raspberry is just gorgeous its a nice fuchsia shade that looks amazing on deeper skin tones. It’s really pigmented and a little bit goes a long way. Unless you want to look like a clown go easy and use a small amount please! You don’t want to be one of those girls that has that perfect circle on her cheeks. I tested this out on my hand so I could get a feel for the color it would leave behind and to get more familiar with the gel like consistency. I’d recommend that if its your first experience with a Second Skin Blush. Once you put it on your cheek its a good idea to check it out from a few angles also. You never want the color to be too intense or uneven. I also topped this blush with a powder a few times when I tested it out. The results were fantastic. I used Mac Dollymix with it. That’s a great combo. There is a subtle shimmer in Dollymix that really brings out a great depth in the Armani Raspberry cream blush. It’s buildable also, sweet! In the pictures below on the left I put one layer of the product on my hand. On the right side there is a second layer placed on top of the first so you can really intensify this but most often you are going to want to use a tiny amount of product on your cheeks. When I say a little goes a long way I am really serious. This is super pigmented and really intense so a dab will do for ya!

At $38 for .6 0z. of product this better be good right? It’s good that you need a tiny amount of product, I plan to get a lot of use out of this. Overall I was very happy with this. Test it out at your local Armani counter and see if you want to take the leap!
