I can’t wait for Spring to get here. Luckily Essie’s Spring Collection is in stores now. I picked up three colors from the collection this week. There are six nail polishes in the collection but I was only interested in three. Nice is Nice, Coat Azure, and French Affair.
Nice is Nice is a beautiful lavender. Coat Azure is a shimmery blue that really looks unique. French Affair is a nice light pastel pink. All three colors remind me of Easter eggs and jelly beans! Overall Coat Azure ended up being my favorite. After two coats of polish it looked fantastic. The other two colors French Affair and Nice is Nice take three coats to make them opaque which I found frustrating. Three coats equals a lot more drying time even with Seche Vite used as a top coat. I took a quick picture with all three colors. So pretty!
All three shades are beautiful. I was disappointed that two of the shades need an extra coat of polish to really show well. They are a little bit of Spring on my nails so I am happy with them.
Essie nail polish is available for $9 a bottle at my local drugstore.

Yeah it’s a real drawback. The colors are so beautiful, it’s a shame!
i agrre pretty in the bottle but work on my nails is a no no besides i ve no more seche vite!
I used up my last bit of seche vite today. I gotta get some more myself!
