I am becoming a crazy fanatic about makeup shopping on QVC. Why you might ask? Because the deals are good and the quality of makeup is killing me. I have been purchasing products here and there since April from brands like Bare Minerals, Tarte, It Cosmetics, and Mally. I’ve returned ONE thing. That’s it. All of the rest of it is amazing and I can’t part with it.

Mally’s products have been the biggest stand outs. The Poreless Face Defender Compact is something I reach for every day. With an oily t-zone like mine its a must. I love Mally’s Volumizing Mascara, Evercolor Shadow Sticks, and the Amplifying Shadow Liner Duos just to name a few more things. I love it all really and the fact that Mally is a celebrity makeup artist that works with people like Beyonce just makes me giggle. I want to know details! What is B’s favorite Mally lip gloss shade? I keep wanting Mally to slip up and tell us on one of her shows!  Beyonce calling one of Mally’s newer products (Perfect Prep Hydrating Under-Eye Brightener) sunshine in a jar helped me pull the trigger and order it I won’t lie…..I’ll let you know how that is later after I crack it open and start testing it on my under eye suitcases.

I say all of this to let you know that I’m finally giving QVC the makeup stamp of approval. I was an infrequent QVC shopper for the most part. But all that has changed. Prices are decent (gotta love easy pay!) and returns are easy. They give you thirty days to try each product out and figure out if it works for you. The only thing I’m not crazy about is the shipping. I find it hard to get over the fact that on one of my past orders for six items the shipping was $18.50….that is crazy talk since makeup items generally are quite small. A bunch of gloss, eyeliner, eyeshadow, and lipstick is NOT that heavy QVC. But I still won’t be staying away from my favorite brands shows. They are entertaining and I love seeing the makeup in action!

Check out Mally later tonight if your at home, she’s supposed to be showing some new products and my husband has already texted me that he heard DirectTV is going to be out from 7-9pm. Funny guy. Hopefully he’ll get with the program and make me some popcorn while I crack open a ginger ale and enjoy the show!
