Maybelline Colorsensational Lip Gloss Raspberry Ablaze #305, $7.99 at Walgreens
Here is another limited edition shade from Maybelline’s Fall collection. This is deeper and more traditionally Fall like than the other gloss colors that I’ve shown you. Raspberry Ablaze is a nice deep berry almost wine shade. I’m thinking about using this with some of the lipsticks in my stash but for the last few weeks I’ve been putting it on by itself. It’s just opaque enough to look full and glossy alone.
Have I mentioned that I love the Colorsensational formula? I do. Maybelline I love you. All the glosses smell like Fruit Loops but darn it that just makes me love them more! I think this is a perfect Fall gloss shade and if you are afraid to go deep this is a way to do it and still keep things light and fun! Starting with a deeper lipstick might not be as easy to do.
Check this out at your local drugstore while it’s hot! The Maybelline Fall collection is everywhere in my town but it won’t be for long!

Yeah it doesn’t look like much in the tube! But on it looks really nice to me.

The displays I’ve seen (Walgreens and CVS) haven’t been full ones. I found it at another CVS that hand a display just of the glosses but nothing else from the collection. Of course you should! I haven’t worn that one yet. I don’t have Boyfriend Stealer. But I have Revlon’s Va Va Violet and Yung Rapunxel so I’m good there
Ahhh you got Yung Rapunxel that is so you! I tried the gloss once on my lips…..I scared myself. I love the combo of Boyfriend Stealer and the gloss that went with it from Mac. It was my edgiest look ever. Crystal badass….
I really could have passed on it since it’s pretty much the same as Va Va Violet. Dah well. Mac got my again with that one. LOL! Come to the darkside. Badass007 could be an alias…HA!
