Dior Amazonia, $24

This pretty dark army green shade was a long shot pick. I was drawn to it because I thought it was pretty and mostly because it was so different from anything I have in my stash currently. And lastly it’s Dior! I love Dior nail polishes. They never let me down. I just wore Shadow again for five days and not a single chip or even wear on any of my fingers. I was crazy about that shade when I picked it up last Summer. Anything purple is a winner to me but the lasting power is fantastic.

So next I slapped on Amazonia. I used a base coat, two coats of Amazonia, and then a top coat.

I think the other reason I love Dior polishes also has to do with the brush/wand. It’s very thick and wide so just a few quick swipes and you are done. I love that. I love my under $10 polishes don’t get me wrong but every once in a while I love to throw some Dior in the mix! Especially since the polish is practically bulletproof to my usually very worn digits. For $24 it should be kinda perfect right? That’s pricey polish.

I got Amazonia from Neiman Marcus but you might want to check Nordstrom and Sephora for it as well. I’m glad I broke out and got a different shade from my usual glittery pink zone.
