Everyone loves a Harlot right? Or is that just me?

I have super super dry lips…do you think these would work for me?
I’d put on a balm underneath if you have super dry lips. These need to be put on with a lip brush for most since you need such a small amount so putting a balm on under it should be fine.
I’m super intrested in buying some but are they only online from the website or can you get them in store(ex:Sephora)? Thanks
