Thanks! I’ve never had a Color Tattoo not go on smoothly so I’m sorry to hear that. I just smooth them on with my finger and they don’t budge. I’ve had NYX jumbo pencils and other products go on patchy but not Color Tattoos sorry! I use a very small amount as well.
Thanks for swatches!! i went to BB&B after watching this video. I purchased sleek &spice and caramel cool. love the caramel cool in inner eye corner. I love sleek & spice over the milani naturally chic shadow eyez in cafe au lait. A perfect neutral look that’s not too flat. I am NC55
