Le Metier De Beaute Penelope Kaleidoscope Eye Kit ($95) I love you….no really I do! I am new to Le Metier De Beaute but I am ramping up quick. I have the Splendid Frost Kaleidoscope and its fantastic, I was lucky enough to have an eye makeover with this Kaleidoscope weeks ago and I’ve been wanting to snag it ever since. They were out of stock in Tyson’s Corner for a while but now they have them!
Chanel Illusion D’Ombre Long Wear Eyeshadow in #85 Mirifique and #86 Ebloui ($36 each) are in my possession:) I got #84 Epatant and #83 Illusoire last week. I wanted to try them out before going nuts on these new shadows and I haven’t done the review yet but trust me, I love them! I’ll review all four shortly.
Le Metier De Beaute La Belle Lip Gloss ($32) is just beautiful on. I fell in love with and reviewed Dubai another LMDB lip gloss shade so I wanted to try another darker shade. This looks amazing on, I tried it on in the store and its exactly what I was looking for. They have so many pretty colors to choose from.
This looks amazing…but $95 is a little pricey. Worth it?
Yeah they aren’t cheap. They have this Couches de Couleur technique to use with these that is so interesting. You start with the first color at the top of the eye kit and layer all four shades on top of each other, what you get is amazing. It just works and I still don’t know how they do it. The colors sometimes don’t look like they’d go together. I only know about this from playing with the Splendid Frost eye kit they came out with months ago. I love that one I used it today on my eyes. I wasn’t going to get this one but I caved.
