Body Shop Almond Hand & Nail Cream and Hemp Hand Protector, $20 each

I really like both of these hand creams from The Body Shop but one is a bit more effective for my dry winter ravaged hands than the other. It turns out I got to take advantage of a 50% off sale. So I got both hand lotions for $10. They are 3.3 oz.’s each so there is plenty of product and of course I liked paying half price!

The Almond Hand & Nail cream smells amazing. I just love the scent. What I noticed right away when using this is that it really works well on my nails! My nails instantly look better and the cream doesn’t have a super greasy feeling. I hate it when you apply a cream and it gets all over door knobs and everything you touch. This formula sinks in very well and as I said my nails love it.

The Hemp Hand Protector is even more moisturizing. The label says its for very dry hands and I must agree. This is the hard core formula out of the two in my opinion. I am not a fan of the scent though. It’s not as yummy as the other hand cream but it lasts way longer! I mean through several hand washings. It’s kind of amazing. That makes it the best durability wise and the one to pick up if you have a serious need for something that lasts. If you wash your hands all day long…get this one!

Please let me know if you have tried this. I’d love to hear your thoughts. And of course let me know what your favorite hand cream is!

Hi Crystal. I also took advantage of the sale that Ulta was having 3 for $30 on any Body Shop products for black Friday or should I say grey Thursday. I really like the Almond Hand and Nail Cream it is very moisturizing. Like you I am constantly washing my hands and was in need of a hand cream. I now want to try the Hemp Hand Protector now that I can use my 20% coupon off any Ulta purchase.

I have not tried these yet but always wanted to! I’m on the Body Shop site like every other month and it seems like every time I’m on, I’m half broke lol. By the prices and the constant Sales BS have, Lawd knows I would do some damage so I believe it’s for the best haha. But good review. Put these on my must get list.

I have tried both and prefer the almond. The hemp is very thick and is the best for extremely dry hands. I lot of people who work outdoors or manual labor love this stuff. The scent puts most women off but it disappears after a few seconds. The almond is a bit thinner in consistency (still creamy) than the Hemp and is great for your purse, bathroom vanity or desk drawer. The almond oil gives moderate relief to dryness.

I have tried and have fallen in love with the Hemp one. I have one in my purse, one in my desk at work, one in my bath at home AND a backup one tucked away! It is the only hand cream I use. I have always managed to get it while it has been on sale, always half priced.
