I don’t know if it’s just me but I’m not happy with the roll out for this collection. The three Mac By Request winning lipsticks were released today. I just checked and Candy Yum Yum lipstick is already sold out. I picked that one up last time it came out but I think many of these favorites will sell out quickly.
The three winning glosses are coming out on the 8th and the shadows on the 13th. Do you see where I’m going with this?
I just want to put in one order…and I can’t. I just talked to someone on the Mac Chat and they have free shipping codes for regular orders but Pro orders don’t get free shipping and there isn’t a guarantee that the stuff you want will still be around at the end of this. This is not the best idea. As the customer isn’t my convenience the most important thing here?
Even if I qualified for free shipping I wouldn’t be thrilled about placing three orders. I put in my order for Moxie and Rocker today but I think I’m done with this collection.
I got an email from Mac Chat so I can write a letter to Mac about this it’s consumercare-us@gcc.maccosmetics.com. I’m the most easy going person in the world but I like things simple.

Me either! I saw the post on FB. I click on it and go to the lipsticks. I’m like ok. I go the next screen and then the next BUT I can’t purchase em if I want because they haven’t rolled them out yet??? Get outta here with that. Hmph! If this is what the people WANT then make everything available for us to PURCHASE. Why do we have to wait? I tell you MAC stays doing THEEEEE most! *arms crossed*

Yeah I mean even if the shipping was free who wants to log in and order three times. Also since the collection is on line….THEY GOT YA! I can’t walk into a store to get this.

Yes it’s online only. Thats why I think I’ll pass on the gloss and shadows. I’ll take my lipsticks and call it a day.

Lady you are not alone! I don’t like it at all. When I got the tweet this weekend, I was so displeased. But it speaks to their technical abilities. So MAC what you’re saying is, you can’t hack everybody ordering all this lovelyness all at once? OK.

I completely agree! This is greedy on Mac’s part if you ask me. These are popular shades for a reason, so they are trying to cash in on the popularity to the max. I am equally annoyed.
I think this kind of thing just makes people madder. It’s like you really like these colors huh…ok lets see HOW MUCH.
